Barwon Health North represents a healthier future for people living in the northern suburbs of Geelong.
The Victorian Government is investing $33 million into the northern suburbs of Geelong to provide a state-of-the-art flexible medical facility to meet the growing needs of the community. The health of families and children is a top priority and building world-leading health facilities is one of the many ways the Victorian Government is building a healthy Victoria.
Barwon Health North will be co-located with the City of Greater Geelong's future Northern ARC Health and Wellbeing Hub, on the corner of Cox Road and Princes Highway.
This location was chosen after listening to the community, consulting with user groups and working with stakeholders. The new facility will provide high quality, accessible healthcare close to home and to public transport.
